I grew up in a real estate family. My father was a real estate broker and real estate investor. I followed in his footsteps. For most of my life, I’ve been directly involved in real estate transactions as a Realtor, title industry executive, and investor. I have traveled nationally to give educational and key note presentations to groups of real estate professionals. There isn’t a situation or problem that might arise in a real estate transaction that I can’t resolve.
My primary focus as a Realtor is to “humanize” real estate transactions by communicating often, honestly, and effectively. I meet “face-to-face” with new clients to listen and learn about their specific wants and needs. Buying or selling a home is a bold move. It’s important that home buyers and sellers understand every aspect of their real estate transaction and have every question answered.
My extensive real estate background makes me uniquely qualified to represent my clients to their best advantage. After our initial meeting, I don’t push clients off to team members. I remain the tireless advocate, point of contact, and primary negotiator for every buyer and seller client that I work with.
