There’s no question that Harford County’s Real Estate Market remained hot during the cold month of January, 2019.  The fact that Average and Median Selling Prices climbed measurably should be great news to anyone thinking about selling a Harford County home. 

Another key indicator, Months of Inventory, tells us that given the current pace of home sales, every active listing in the county would sell in only 2 months.  Harford County is very much a seller’s market.

In active markets like this, buyers are well advised to write a strong offer as soon as possible after locating the right home.  Waiting could mean losing the home to another buyer.  Sellers should expect an offer rather quickly assuming the asking price accurately reflects the property’s condition and location.
