The Selling Price to Original Listing Price Ratio was 94.4% compared to 91.6% in October of 2017.
There’s no question that Cecil County’s Real Estate Market has been strong for a number of years. The above statistics seem to reflect normal seasonal fluctuations for a healthy market overall. I would feel comfortable buying, or selling, a Cecil County home at this time.
